At Fox Interactive Consultants, we are professionals who are responsible for the overall success of a wide range of projects of varying levels of complexity. As Project Managers, we are accountable for overseeing development, implementation, and final recap of the project. This includes initial planning efforts such as developing the project scope and coordinating the resources necessary to successfully complete the project.
Once the project is set in motion, you can expect Fox Interactive Consultants to communicate major milestones, identify potential problems and opportunities and provide continuing direction to your management team.
Here is a sample of some of the projects that we have coordinated:
Assisted with the coordination of a Canadian Trade Mission to the Central Florida area where Fox Interactive Consultants identified retail locations for mission participants to investigate while in the Orlando market. Our services also included planning the coordinated retailer introduction meetings and handling on-site management of the Canadian delegates as they traveled to the retail trade areas.
Organized the promotion of the Orange County Clerk of Courts Summer Traffic Safety Campaign.
Coordinated Quality Assured Services Fall print campaign that included newsletters and direct mail promotion.
